What is PSYCH-K®
This is a 1hour in-person session, where you can explore your
self-limiting beliefs and behaviors and focus on releasing them to create your preferred way of being.
Creating a change at the subconscious level is quicker and more effective than in the conscious mind, because at least 95% of our consciousness operates on the subconscious level. The conscious mind processes at around 40 pixel/bits per second & the subconscious mind can process at 40 million pixel/bits per second.* The Subconscious mind can be accessed whilst in theta brain wave state, in hypnosis, or through PSYCH-K®
If you create new thoughts and feelings in the subconscious part of your mind, you have a much greater chance of making that change. PSYCH-K® is a groundbreaking way of doing this.
In one session you can establish the change and goal you wish to create and then do some simple brain/body activations to balance both hemispheres of the brain. This ensures that all aspects of your subconscious and conscious mind are whole & in alignment.
Of course, you can make changes using only the logical mind, over time, with repetition tenacity, will power and strength these changes will often integrate into the subconscious mind.
